Shipping & Returns
Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 1 business day and no longer than 9 business days. Please allow up to 1 - 3 business days for processing. Expedited shipments are not available for weekend delivery. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification, if your oder is expedited you will receive your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.
Lost or stolen package
In the unfortunate incident that you are not able to locate your delivered package, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Return Policy & Exchanges
Cabin Crew Life does not offer refund or exchanges.
All items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
